Alan's music is published by London based production music libraries 'Ninja Tune,' ‘Universal,’' ‘EMI,’ ‘Synctracks,' and 'Strophic Music,' as well as Los Angeles based film libraries ‘Ghostwriter,’ 'Revolt Production Music' and 'Cabin 21 Sound.' Most recently, Alan has had his music featured on Steve Coogan's brand-new Showtime series 'Happyish,' Lionsgate series ‘Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist,’ BBC's 'The One Show,' 'Countryfile,' and 'Wimbledon'; as well as being regularly played on popular programmes for BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and channel 5 including; 'Natural World,' 'Masterchef,' 'This Morning,' ‘Champions League,’ 'Piers Morgan's Life Stories,' and Original Netflix Series including ‘Away.’
Alan has also performed his original music for BBC Radio 3 on the BBC Introducing Stage at Latitude Festival in 2019, and was introduced by BBC’s Georgia Mann-Smith. Alan’s music also enjoys regular radio plays and has featured as ‘piece of the week’ on BBC Radio 3’s ‘In-Tune’ programme.
Aside from production music, Alan was previously the resident pianist at ‘Hoar Cross Hall’ in Staffordshire of 13 years, and is currently the resident at ‘Dovecliff Hall.’
